Hello, my fitbit has been working beautifully, but last night at about 9.30pm the screen went black and it won't switch on. I have tried to reset it, but the screen is still black. I have had it on charge all night, the battery was not low, but this morning there is still no life. I did an aerobics class last night and it worked fine. On looking at the back this morning there are tiny bubbles of possible condensation. I am unsure how to restore this, can someone help please. Thank you.

@Petite @Lilirun Welcome to our Fitbit Community, it's great to see you here! I'll be happy to assist you with your Versa watches since they won't turn on even though you guys have restarted them before contacting our forums.
Since you mentioned that it seems that there are tiny bubbles at the back of watches, please try cleaning and drying the contacts of your Versa watches and charging cables with a cotton swab in order to remove any sweat particles. After this, try another USB port in order to charge your watches. Leave them charging for 2-3 hours and see if they come back to life.

Hi, I am having a problem with my fit bit. The screen is not working. I do not have any bubbles or signs of damage as in the previous comments above. I have tried a reset and a factory reset but neither have been responsive. The watch is still tracking when It is on and I can see it in the app but the screen remains black. Please can you advise.
