every month at least once my versa stops syncing with my iphone, I have tried all sorts of suggestions but none work apart from removing the app from my phone, reinstalling it and logging back into my account...................a real inconvenience. Updates are installed automatically on my iphone so this isnt the issue.
Come on Fitbit pull you finger out ................ this is an expensive bit of kit that doesnt work as it should

I have issues everyday, its annoying. Ridiculous for a device that cost $200.00.

Every month would be great! I pretty much have to reboot my phone and watch simultaneously every 1-2 days to keep it syncing.
