I purchased a Fitbit Versa in August 2018 and in June of 2019 it stopped working when I had not damaged it or taken poor care of it (the screen just turned black and never turned on again). Because it was in the year warranty period, I received a new one. Now, the Fitbit I received in June 2019 has again, stopped working, out of the blue. I contacted Fitbit support and they walked me through the factory reset. Which did nothing. All they could offer me was 25% off of my next PURCHASE of a Fitbit.
Has anyone had a similar problem where they do not even offer to fix it or replace something that has randomly given out? The guy on the chat just said "our devices have an estimate time life of around 5 years, but as all electronic devices they aren't free for issues" Such poor customer service! Especially because this Fitbit I have only had for 9 months - not even close to 5 years!

Hi, may I know how to claim a new fitbit?
I purchased mine in August 2019 and now March 2020 it stopped working.
I couldn't turn it on after I have shut it down.

You contact Fitbit support and they will run through ways to try and get it to work again. If it doesn’t they should send you a new one as it is in the one year warranty period.

How were you able to get so many replacements? Was it free? Yeah I know it’s insane how fault these versas are. I like it.. but it’s sooo glitchy and unpredictable
