I have not seen the time of day yet ! (Versa)

Hi @BobMcEl and welcome to the forums! I’d like to help but could you please be more specific?

  • Did you download the Fitbit app to your phone?  Which phone do you have?
  • Did you create an account or sign in to your current account?
  • Did you try setting up your Versa within the app?
  • Did you successfully sync and do not like the version of clock face? Or is your Versa still asking you to set it up ... thus, not showing the time of day?

Here is a link to the Versa manual. It provides the steps for setting it up.
