My GPS won't connect for the last few weeks.  I have tried restarting my versa and it didn't work. Any advice?

Have you tried restarting the phone? 

Does the GPS connect with the Fitbit app open and in front? 

May I ask what type of phone the GPS is trying to connect to.

I have a Samsung galaxy.  I had restarted both the fitbit and the phone and it still would not connect.  Today, I uninstalled the fitbit app and reinstalled it.  It will now connect if I have the app open in front.  Thank u!

This is something that’s been affecting me too recently. Before I go for my run, I always restart my phone, unpair from Bluetooth and sync to the app again but connecting to GPS is really touch and go for me. 

 

I know it’s not my phone, I have full signal and it used to work every single day.
