At some point I set my sleep setting to sensitive and I would like to set it back to standard, and can't remember where that is done

Thank you, I followed that link to the gear in the upper right hand corner of fitbit.com and found where I had originally changed it to sensitive, though like you said, I don't think it makes a difference with my watch, it was bugging me though that I couldn't find where I had originally changed it.

See What is the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?
But note this sentence: "Note that if you use a Fitbit device with heart-rate tracking to detect your sleep stages, this setting doesn't apply."

Really? If my Ionic is tracking my heart rate, it will not record sleep properly?
My sleep recordings don’t start till hours after I know I have been asleep, and this has been going on for two years, without being able to find a solution.
