@crackpot762000 Mine works just fine.  Try restarting the Versa and see if that helps.

Tryed that it’s set to on in Fitbit by get

Hi got it sorted hi rang Apple they sed it was antivirus software blocking it and was advised to remove antivirus software from my phone as it's not needed
