I have a versa whose screen is frozen. it does not react when you swipe across up or down.

can I get some help .

I am have the same issue, screen is completely black yet still has a charge. I can’t even get it to reboot.

My fitbit screen just stopped showing up as well yesterday.  It still tracks everything and it vibrates when text or phone calls are coming in, but I cannot see the screen.  Any help in fixing this would be great.
