new fitbit versa won't turn on and no green light

out of box it didn't turn on,so tried charging on computer for 2 hours still no nothing its just blank black screen i left charging on usb power over night  nothing, i check on fitbit community, searched how to restart i did that by holding back button and bottom button still no hope , i tried factory resting by holding all three buttons, very frustrated with this issue.please help

I think you might need to exchange your device, as this doesn't sound too promising out of the box?

My wife open her new fitbit versa last night  and it won't charge on the cradle.. ugh ..

Amazon send me the replacement next day,I am now happy with new one.

Same thing just happened to me. New versa just arrived in post today and completely dead. Tried everything. I have to send it back and then wait for them to post out another one. Was so looking forward to it. Initially they wanted me to pay to post it back!! Obviously a known flaw so way would I pay for it! This is already a replacement for a faulty altra.
