I got a replacement versa 2 after my old broke about a week ago. For some reason, the battery on the replacement has been draining extremely quickly as well as getting really hot and now it will not even switch on properly, it just keeps flashing the fitbit logo for a couple of seconds before returning to a black screen and then repeating. I feel silly contacting fitbit support again but I truly have no clue why this is happening when I have charged it and worn it correctly. I just do not understand why it has broken so quickly. Please could I have some advice on what to do?
