new versa lite not pairing

hi, 

I've had a new versa lite sent to me as my original developed a fault. 

My samsung galaxy 10 isn't picking the versa up in the app when trying to connect to it to set it up.. 

When I go to my Bluetooth settings page it picks it up and its shown as a paired device ... 

The versa is in its charging Dock and screen , when woken just says download the fitbit app to get started..  

 

Any help appreciated...

I am having the same issues. Searched all over Fitbit and Google, plus a little bit of YouTube to get some answers, but nothing yet...I got the lite after the face of my versa (that I've had for almost 2 years) fell off.

I figured I'd give it one last shot before I went to bed last night. I uninstalled the Fitbit app from my phone and then reinstalled it, signed back in, and went to pair and it worked! I would say to give that a try and see if it helps you! Good luck.

Thanks.  I've tried that a few times and just again now and no joy! 😭 still waiting for a reply to my email from fitbit .. its rather frustrating..
