For the last few days my fitbit becomes unresponsive even though the battery is charged. I have to stick it on the charger for it to register anything. Is anyone else having this problem?? (I've had my Versa for about 1 year)
Hi @SandraMH Try restarting it several times Restart your tracker
If that doesnt fix it, try doing a Factory Reset and then set it up again (go to the Settings App on your watch and scroll down to About)

Thank you, I tried what you suggested and it became nonresponsive after 1 day. I had to stick it on the charger, finally the fitbit logo came on and then I could use it again. (Said 97% for the battery so I know it isn't that) when it becomes nonresponsive I can't even try to restart it.
Did you do a factory reset?
