Hi, I have a Fitbit versa 2 watch. I accidentally locked my watch and it says “unlock with phone” (I can’t get into the watch at all). But I don’t have the watch connected to my phone via the app because I disconnected it that day due to repeated synchronization problems. So I disconnected the watch and now I can’t connect it because the 4-digit code for pairing the phone with the watch doesn’t appear on the watch. How can I solve this problem please?

Hi there, @Alena12344. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 has been locked. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since your Versa 2 is no longer paired to your phone, a factory reset needs to be done to unlock your device. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please follow the steps below to perform the factory reset:
At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
