Hi folks, the regular watch face is not showing up when I raise my arm to look at it, I have to push the button, is that how it works or something is not right?

Hold in left side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake';  tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@robinhelenehebe, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I would like to follow up on the "Screen Wake" feature of your Fitbit Versa.

 

I'd like to know if the issue persists or if the feature worked properly after following the steps that @JohnnyRow shared.
