So, for the past couple of days, when I want to reply to a text using my voice, it says "transcription error". Kinda like Alexa isn't registering my voice. I've tried absolutely everything I can to try and resolve the issue and nothing seems to be working. I've contacted support in which they told me to sign into my amazon account and that's been done. Is there anything else I can do?? Would a factory reset on my versa 2 do anything? With that, I'm scared to lose my data from today. My versa hasn't been in contact with water, I've checked both my phone, app, and versa for updates and nothing, I made sure the right things were enabled, I've turned both my phone and my watch off, I've reset both, I've made sure fitbit is always running in the background, etc. I'm honestly at a loss for what to do.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Versa 2 and the steps tried to get the quick replies via voice working again. I understand how you're feeling about this situation, and I'm sorry that you're going through this experience. I've shared your post with our Support team and I was told that they're still working with you on this matter. Since they have access to your case and your watch's performance, my best recommendation is to keep an open communication with our team so you can receive further assistance.
If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know.

So did the team ever get back to you? I've had the same problem for months and it seems many others have also.
