simplified sleep data

I have a Versa 2    For the past week I have been getting simplified sleep data.  before that it was working fine.  everything else seems to be ok.   I use the sleep data.  simplified does nothing for me.  anyone else have this problem?  anyone know how to fix ?

I finally got thru to talk to someone - somehow the heart rate tracker was turned off in settings and that needs to be on for sleep data
so hopefully it will work now! 😉

Thank you, mine was apparently turned off too... it had been working just fine until I “upgraded” to premium- then poof. All the problems. This being one of them... but anyway, thank you!
