text alerts on Versa Lite

I could see text alerts on my Versa Lite when I first got it...Now I can no longer see them.  How do I get them back, please...

Hi @JannieB Check that notifications is still turned on, on your Versa by  swiping down and making sure Do Not Disturb (white circle with a line through it) is not turned on.

What phone are you using? There problems with different phones and what to do varies with what phone you have.

I'm not surprised to hear it is an iPhone! Since Apple's most recent update it is more difficult for your Fitbit to access notifications. If you go to THIS thread, see the first post by KateFitbit. She tells you what to do to counteract this problem and get notificatiins working properly. You need to go through the steps exactly as written and it should fix it. Good luck!
