touch screen not working

I have had my versa coming up for 2 years now and suddenly the touch screen isn't registering, it's not allowing me to scroll. or the opposite will happen where it will flip from screen to screen by itself (I have a video but unsure if have the option to upload on here). I have tried rebooting but nothing seems to be working!

Hello, I am having the same issue with my versa lite. I replaced this back in August and now the touch screen doesn't work at all. I can't use it. I have to go on my fit bit app to do anything.  Not sure what to do. Customer support did contact me and I emailed them back but I haven't heard back.
