unable Accept Call Notification icon

Hello,

 I got my Versa yesterday with all updated Firmware. My versa unable to show me the Accept Call notification symbol. There is only Reject call notification at top but nothing for accept.

Any idea how to fix or Troubleshoot that?

I am using Android Phone. Oppo F5

I don't believe the Oppo F5 is a supported device.  So you might be able to use the tracker, but some features may not be fully available to you.

i am able to use all the feature except Call Accept notification. How it is
possible that only 1 feature is missed. Also you have written that it
supports all Devices that have Androis 5.0 or higher. My Oppo Phone has
Android version 7.1.1

There is some bug in your Versa Software. Please fix it ASAP and get back
to me.

@Kamran123 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that you can't accept calls with your Versa. As @Heather-S said your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I am having the same issue.  How ever I am using a Samsung S8 which is compatible. I have updated everything tried resyncing. etc etc. How can I get my versa to give me the ability to accept a call instead of only seeing the reject option?
