Hello there,
I really need help on this one. My watch is kind of broken. I haven't use it for maybe a month or more, did not charge it and now it stopped working. The screen is full black, the back sensors are not working. I tried to reset it using 2 and then all 3 buttons several times. I wrote on the website's support once, they gave a service number and now I cannot reach them out. I write on Facebook chat. I don't know what to do with my watch anymore and nobody seems to care. I cleaned the back of the watch, the charger and still nothing's going on. The only think I've noticed is that every time I put my watch on charge is warming up so that's a sign that something is still functional (maybe the charger). Can someone please tell me that should I do? I still have a guarantee until may and I want to fix this up on time and... really like my Versa 2.

@Luana-Mali Have you tried chat support? I always got pretty instant results that way.

I tried on live chat (that now is not working) and Facebook, yes. The gave me a case number and ask me to wait until they will contact me on email or try contact them again. Thank you. Still no results. Seems like my battery is very very low and wouldn't charge although my watch and charger are pretty warm.
