Recently I have been having a few issues with my Versa 2, if anyone can help or give advice that would be greatly appreciated.

 

1. Heart rate monitor randomly stops working and vibrates when it does.

 

2. The touch screen will stop working and I have to restart it manually to get it to work

 

3. Watch will restart on its own randomly.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

Thank you. I tried the factory reset like you suggested but I am still having the same issue.
