versa 2 swipe issue

My fitbit Versa 2 will not swipe anymore

Have you tried restarting the fitbit by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds? It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues.

 

If it doesn't work then it may be a hardware issue, in which case contacting customer support is probably your best option. You can contact them via: contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

I had the same problem and gotten 2 replacements. After going to settings and turning off the quick view feature on the watch it works like a charm. The problem underlies on the screen wake setting. Please put it in manual mode and reboot 2x and you should be fine.
