I just got my versa 2 earlier this month as a birthday gift. It had been working great so far until this morning. I switched it to sleep mode last night around 10 pm and now today the touch screen won't work at all. I've tried restarting twice, connecting it to the charger, nothing has worked so far. So now its stuck on sleep mode. I can only see the time if I hit the side button, and I cant get any notifications. Please help!!

This has been a problem for me for months. I got it in December, and until around April it was awesome, then it started not responding to touch. I use it for my alarm, and I can't make the alarm stop. I read today that if you use a clockface by a third party to switch to a Fitbit one, so I did, and now a few hours later it's back to not responding. So I hope we get some answers/help!
