Hi so I kind of reset my sisters fit bit and I don't have my phone but I have my lap top and every time I try to set it back up it has to send me the number code but when it does that is says not working and my sisters birthday is in a few days and I really wont to fix it can you pleas help and I do not know what to do

Why do you want your phone when it's your sisters fitbit? Is this a brand new fitbit for your sister. In which case you can only set this up with your sisters phone. I believe the normal process here if you or somebody else is taking new ownership of an existing fitbit is to do a factory reset and pair up the phone with a new device.
