I have a new iphone.
Versa 3 cannot connect with the new iphone. The bluetooth menu does not show versa 3. The versa 3 shows fitbit logo. That‘s it. Restarted versa 3. No success. Shut down bluetooth. No success. Deleted app on the old iphone. No success. Been trying over weeks. No changes. Versa 3 ran with no problems on my old iphone.
I don‘t know what to do.
Please help.

Can you see anything else with the Fitbit logo on the Versa 3? Any error message or text?
Please keep in mind, that almost every connection between the Versa 3 and your phone is being managed by the Fitbit. So you might not see the Versa 3 on the Bluetooth menu on the phone .
