versa App stopped working Randomly

Yesterday 10/4 my hourly step count stopped working.  Today my sleep stopped working.  Stopped as in not recording.  Heart, steps, all still logging on the app.  Tried customer support yesterday-worthless.  I have used Fitbit’s for 5+ years with no issue.  I made no changes.  App is on a IPhone..  Any ideas?

All of a sudden my Versa started showing the wrong time.  And now I can't get it to sync at all with my iPhone.  I find this super suspicious, especially since the new models just came out.  Perhaps there is something in the programming where they are strategically making our original model Versas inactive.....

The IPhone app is the issue for me. After 5+ years of no issues and no changes made, my app stopped yesterday tracking my sleep and putting my Hourly Steps into its chart. Steps are recorded on my Fitbit, as is calories, etc. Just having the issue with the app. Again, started yesterday…
