For the second time my versa time wasn’t correct and I tried restarting it, loggin out of the app, wouldn’t sync, tried everything, tried a factory restart like some people suggested and now it’s got working and won’t even connect to my phones Bluetooth. So mad

Hi @acbelork1, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa got the time wrong and it won't connect with your phone's Bluetooth. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.
In order to avoid providing the same information, I would like to know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
