Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

thankyou cbwilsha tried this even tried pressing all three buttons about 12 times. the screen is totally dead and not waking up.

My Versa has gone completely dark. It will not restart. The battery is fully charged. For the last two days it has been going to sleep and then waking-up for no apparent reason.

I did factory reset. Now my versa watch not restarting..
