My versa screen is blank, but is still charging, and I can still feel it vibrate when on my hand, even though I can't see a thing!
I've tried restarting it by holding all 3 buttons, I've even changed the clock face but still nothing.
Do I need to take it in for replacement?

I removed the app from my phone and now I can't do anything as cant see the four digit code on watch to connect with my phone :oO

Best AnswerHi I had this with my versa, I phoned Fitbit and they did some checks and sent me a new one. It's better to phone Fitbit than to email them. So much quicker.
