Versa screen not working after update today. Tried a factory reset but it isn’t switching the Versa off. It’s showing notifications and is recording info and syncing with my phone.
Yesterday while my Versa was charging/updating my screen went black as well. I have rebooted SEVERAL times and it has not restored the screen. It is still tracking my activities though... very frustrating.
