About a week short of being a year old, the versa stopped swiping. I've searched for a fix and tried re-start and factory reset. During the factory reset it never 'vibrates' as stated in the instructions.

thank you. I did and they are extremely helpful. I have used fitbit products for many years. the products are sound and the few times I have experienced difficulty, product support was more than helpful.
