so i’ve had my versa lite since the end of August and have swam and showered with it on multiple times. today i was swimming and it was fine for a little bit but all of a sudden i went to check the time and it wouldn’t turn on. i’m not sure what has happened as i have never had an issue with it (i have even held it under running water to clean it) and now it has just stopped working. i have it in rice now but not sure what else to do. any suggestions??

Hi @keelywright25  good thing you put it into rice. You'll want to keep it there for at least 48 hours to remove any moisture. The Versa Lite is water resistant, but it is not water proof. (page 49 of the manual)  Once you've removed the Fitbit from the rice, clean all the contact points before charging the unit and do a restart a few times. There are a few reasons for not wearing the device while showering. You don't need to get shampoo, conditioner or soap in it, but you could take that time to charge the device. Let us know what happens once the moisture has been removed.
