Add Chromebook as a supported device

Is there any way to add Google Chrome books that run Chrome OS to the supported device list. My wife and I would be forever thankful!

I just received a fitbit charge HR and I'm disappointed that I can't use it with my Chromebook.  Come on Fitbit.  At the school I work at we are ordering about 350 for our students.  Chromebooks are fast and convenient notebooks and we need developers to support them!. Thanks

My Question is the same.  WHEN are you going to let us use Fitbits on Chrome?

You have andriod apps that work via Bluetooth!  Why couldn't you set that up to run on Chrome but actually be connecting to the website???!!!!  That surely would not take much cloud space to run.  Or make it to run from a SD Card.!!

I have moved to Chrome and will have to quit using the Fitbit if you don't help.

Also you need to  get rid of dongle for pc's.  Bluetooth is available on most every machine now and people don't want to carry more assessories than they have to.  Most of us seniors do NOT have an iphone and never will.

Any help you can give us Chrome users, it would be very kind of your company to think of the Chrome market!

You can add me to the "I want to be able to use my FitBit with my Chromebook" list.  Thank you.

The lack of Fit bit to BE ABLE to conform to the latest technology shows their interest in the future of the company. They only want the bucks now. Love it but my next purchase I will look elsewhere just because I guess they are making me. 4 teenagers my wife and myself for the heart monitor. Glad we saved one of the old outdated laptops.

That's what I'm using too. The old outdated laptop I replaced with my Chromebook!

I'm able to sync and view my dashboard on my HP Chromebook but if there is an update to Fitbit or an issue then I have to use the old laptop to force a sync. I cannot force a sync on the Chromebook.

I would like to join the requests already here.  Moved everything to the world of chrome and need a fitbit app to have access to the dashboard.

Please make this happen sooner than later.

I just got a chromebook and was shocked to find I can't use it with my Fitbit Charge HR!  Would somebody at Fitbit please tell us when this sorry situation will be corrected?

Thank you

I noticed multiple requests for Chromebook support. It isn't very difficult to make a browser extension for Chrome to handle all USB/Bluetooth connections and updates.

I have an iPhone four and a new chromebook, neither of which are old or very unused products, however both are unsupported by fitbit meaning by fitbit is vertually useless until I get a new phone or computer. The chromebook should be supported.

Reurning the charge HR today.  This inability to work with chrome goes back over a year and I am not changing my computer to accomodate my fitness tracker.  Also the charge hr is having "issues."  Why the hell is something on the market that doesn't work.  This is crap.

2016 and still no Chrome extension?  This is ridiculous.  Clearly, there is a tremendous demand based on all the threads I've been reading.

Fitbit user - into second year. Chromebook user - into second year. Reader of these posts - second year,   Hundreds of frustrated Chromebook users - into second year.  Ignored by Fitbit - into second year.  Level of frustration - into the stratosphere!

Agreed. How is it possible that Fitbit isn't fixing this problem??

I don't understand how this is still in an issues after two years!

My chromebook is my only computer. I would much prefer to access my Dashboard from my laptop than my cell phone.

Don't expect me to continue with your products when you can't continue with mine.
