Add Water via Device/Fitbit on Wrist

Like with the exercise option, have a water item in the menu on your Fitbit. For example: the option 250ml, a tap to increase to 500ml, 1l etc. then press and hold the button to add. It would make it a lot quicker to add the amount one drinks.

I have the ionic watch. I haven’t had any updates for a very long time.
I would still like water consumption added to the watch.

You can see how much water you have entered through the app on the charge 3
by swiping up from the main screen. You just can't add water you have drank
from the charge 3.

I've read that I can easily add water on my wrist unit. But now on page 8 of comments on this feature I realize I can't. Why isn't this amazing feature not available on a Charge 3? Is there an action item to add this at all for this unit?

@Vinster411 I'm not sure what an action item would be, but look in the apps section of the Charge 3. 

As mentioned above, this feature has been released on the Ionic and Versa's. 

I tried tapping the water tile in my Charge 3 and nothing popped up to enter water with.

Hi, I have a versa lite and would love this feature too - just to quickly add from the watch face in the same way you can add exercise. Would be so useful

The versa lite already has this option. Swipe up, press settings and enable the water tile. 

Tap water and put in the ounces.

Yes, please make it where we don't have to go to our phone to add water.  Let us just click on our Fitbit watch!  This would be much more useful than some of the other features.  I don't want have to get my phone, find the app, and click to log water.  Just let us tap to add please!!

Wondering if the water tracker feature has been picked up or already exists for the Charge 3? I think it would be a great add to the tracker itself to where you can just click on a water drop or something to indicate the # of ounces you drank (ex: 8oz per drop). Would be something convenient and easy to use.

If you have a Versa try the SimpleClock face, it has a drink reminder and intake count on the front face, no need for apps or phones or navigation. Clear the reminder and it counts a drink, so always at hand!

Unfortunately development for a Charge  4  isn't available, you need a Versa or Ionic smart watch.

The drink reminder in SimpleClock is available for Versa watches only currently.

In the drink settings screen of the  SimpleClock app you can define how often  and how many reminds you get. Also during what time frame on the main settings.

In the next version you also get a log of when each drink was added in the day.

Please please please add a quick water consumption add to the watch!  I just upgraded to a fitbit charge 4 and I'm so disappointed that such a simple feature doesn't exist. I used to be able to do this with a past device and I can't remember now if it was a fitbit or other type.  I drink water so frequently thought-out the day that I don't want to have to open the app in my phone every time.

@Cathron2021 on your dashboard, tap the plus on the water tile. 

You might have to add the water tile. 

Tap edit in the top right of the dashboard, then add the water tile and press done.
