Alerts for custom heart rates while running

I use the Fitbit app to track my runs. It is recommended to start around 85% of my maximum heart rate, and stay at 90 until km 16 then go to 92/95%. I want to receive alerts when I pass one of these levels. Currently such alerts are in place for pre defined areas. I want to customize these areas. Thank you.

The new sleep function is awful.  You can't tell accurately what time you were awake. Or for how long you were in each cycle.  It's awful and it's what I bought the watch for.  If it doesn't return I'm selling this and buying a Garmin.  I hear they're much better anyway.

The IOS 17.4.1 update brought with it the absolutely most user-unfriendly platform on the Fitbit app for the Charge 4. The sleep function section is not easily readable nor does it readily show the information it has always plotted. Definitely “new is not better” in this update!!
