Me, you and 1000's of others keep asking to have audible alarm updated into our sense and versa FitBits. However, they never respond in any way to our requests. Its as if they just don't care.
I truly enjoy my Fitbit Sense. The display is sharp, I like the square shape and all the information available. BUT without audible alerts, it makes the experience virtually non-acceptable. If Fitbit does not correct this major defect, I will be switching to another brand soon. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM FITBIT!!!!!
As I have shared with others like you, complaining does nothing. We all are complaining about the fact that there is no sound for alarms, timers, etc. FitBit customer relations does not even respond except for a canned response. They are not listening and seemingly don't care.
I would like, audio alarms to get me up in the morning, an hourly beep and be able to put my own audio content on, audio books, podcasts and blues and rock music.
Please please enable sounds for alarms and notifications!! I was finally able to ditch my apple watch and phone because of the Sense but am very upset there is no sound notifications. With everything the Sense has I never thought it would not have audible notifications.
At least Fitbit should try to make the vibration much stronger so you can feed it. Right now the notification vibration is totally useless, especially if you are using the alarms or reminders or timers. Fitbit wake-up before you start loosing customers or negative reviews
No sound for alarms and such. The vibration is so light it can't be felt. Fitbit does not even answer except for a stock response.
When this watch dies I will NEVER buy another fitbit. This is about the worst customer service I have seen a a very long time. The moderator is totally and completely useless. She "lizzy" lives out to lunch
Oh here is the best of the best. I just completed their customer survey. There were actually NO questions on details or what my issue was. The survey was also completely useless. Just like posting on this community and the moderators that are to respond to them.
How can it be an old digital watch from the 80’s has the capability of an audio alarm but a new high tech smart watch is unable to do what an old watch can? What is the purpose of having a speaker option when you can’t use it for what it is designed for? Somehow this smart watch is not very smart.
Yes please add the feature. Just changed from a Samsung watch and starting to regret the decision so also add other features available on all the popular watches and apps. Thanjs
Yea, me and so many others have complained about no alarms. We never get any response from FitBit other than a canned response. The moderator on this site is totally useless. Never any updates if they plan to fix this or not. I am never buying FitBit again.
