Battery full notification (or vibrate/alarm) so I put it back on

I love my FitBit and have been wearing it since September 2013. One suggestion: the FitBit sends a reminder when it needs charging. How about another message when it's fully charged to remind me to put it back on! Sometimes I drop it in the charger and forget it for hours... Just a suggestion!

Hi @AbbieLewis, thanks for explaining why you would like to have this option. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Released". You can learn more about here. Keep adding your suggestions!

I have a Fitbit flex 2 and I never take the strap off. However, when I charge it I take the little Fitbit pill out and put it on the charger.

I rarely remember to put it back in when it's done charging since I like to keep the strap on.

Please send a notification with the Fitbit app when the Fitbit has finished charging.

My Tesla does this and it's awesome

Hi @osiris355, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about having a notification on your phone for when Fitbit is done charging, this suggestion already exists so I’ve moved your post here as it seems this Feature Suggestion has been developed by a third party developer.

This helps maintain the Community and the Feature Suggestion board more organized.

I would just like to make a request/suggestion that you update the App to notify us when the battery is fully charged as well as when its low.

Hi @DenisLaf, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to receive a battery full notification (or vibrate/alarm) so I put it back on. Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request.  A lot of users are asking for this option, I hope we receive updates soon.

When I charge my watch I often forget to put it back on. Why not an alert on my phone when charging is ready.

I note someone pushed a suggestion on this back in 2014, was anything ever done with it?
My @Fitbit vibrates when I hit the daily target Footprints. Why haven't they allowed for the same, when the battery is fully charged? I might hear the vibes if I'm in close proximity.
As a software update, it would help to stop the battery overcharging... No?

Have a look in the Gallery for clock faces that do this, such as SimpleClockPro which vibrates when fully charged but does better, it tells you in advance when that will be.
