I am on day 997 of getting 10,000 or more steps a day in a row. I was looking forward to seeing 1,000 on a few days. I can’t believe you took that feature away.
The streak feature is back with the latest update. If you push on the STEPS icon at the top it goes to a second page where it is displayed. I'm at 107 days. I had been at about 54 days when all this started (the app rollover).
I have verified that I am running the updated version on my iPhone 12 and STILL do not have the step streak. My husband has an Android and also does not have the step streak. Neither of us have the battery percentage but we are not concerned with that since it is on our watch faces.
Updated the software and can now see my step streak again! Thank you to every user that posted input here! Thank you users for telling us how to update the app and find our step streak again. * GOOGLE: Thank you for listening to your users. Please remember our input when you change the software again.
I see the step streak, but they started me over. So frustrating. I know they have all my data so I don't understand why they can't accurately account for the numbers of days. If I am going to start over I might as well change watch brands.
I am part of the crew who has updated the app on an iPhone, but still doesn't see the step streak...only the number of steps I've made so far to my daily goal...irritating!
I have an iphone 12 PRO - just did the update and nothing changed. No battery indicator or step streak on the 2nd page as advertised. I am about 1170 consecutive days over 10,000 steps - now keeping my streak manually. I was always following the streak previously before they took it away. SOOOOOOOOOO disappointed. What have I done wrong here with the update. Very frustrated. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
This is very bizarre. One time I had a problem, I upgraded my iOS and the issue went away. Or delete and reinstall the app? If this doesn’t fix the problem maybe you should contact the uncontactable support group? ( you’ve probably tried all the resetting )
That’s an AWESOME step streak. I’m at 538, and had to keep track manually too.
