Bring back the Fitbit Web Dashboard

It would be nice to have a Fitbit dashboard app for PC. I'm a senior and it is hard to read the dashboard on my phone.

I'm not a senior, but if I'm going to be studying and evaluating my fitibit data I would prefer to do so on a larger screen.

Here is a list of some of the advantages of having the web UI:
- Better overall UI experience.  The convenience of viewing it in a web tab and being able to switch between it and other applications cannot be under estimated.
- Bigger graphs, easier to digest,
- More ergonomic -- with a laptop you can adjust the screen to a comfortable height if you will be viewing it for a long time.  Not so for a phone!
- controllable font size
- potential ability to print reports
- export data directly to your laptop or excel/google sheets
- ability to print reports
- ability access your data anywhere
- Facilities more UI options

Used it for years.  Printouts quite helpful at doctor visits to evidence physical condition.  Now, pouf.
It was before Fitbit was acquired by Google.

Yes, please bring back the dashboard on the web.

Along with all the other users of Fitbit . I am disappointed with the deterioration of the FitBit platform .

I was just preparing for a yearly physical and was looking forward to printing out a Wellness Report .

The report was one of the major reasons  for my owning a fitbit  for several years..

Now the function is not available

What have others jumped to to take it's place ?

did you find a good alternative? I'm so fed up. My fitbit updates with the
handy and the next day all data is gone!

Try myfitnesspal. It will sync with Fitbit, and I know there are several more. I like this program as you can pull in recipes by URLs and it will match all the ingredients. If not, you can edit them any way you like and you will get the nutritional information from it.

Please bring back the desktop dashboard. All my favorite apps are moving to phone-only use, and it's incredibly inconvenient. I've been a loyal Fitbit user since the days of the clip-on device, but I’m seriously considering switching to another brand unless meaningful improvements are made. Since Google took over, every so-called 'enhancement' has felt like a setback.

@charliemarg you can try → https://dashboard.exercise.quest/ as it uses the Fitbit API's ... it has worked for some.

Unfortunately, the API dashboard isn't working for me currently. Just says "can't fetch data."

Dear fellow community members, I wanted to wish you all the best for future as I will leave the product line and forum !

It has been 2 years since I migrated my account to Google, landed in the world of Fitbit desktop dashboard changed into Google Store.

It has been 2 years since I checked on the community forum for changes, roadmap, future and seen NO, NONE, NADA messages from product team.

That's right - unfortunately I haven't found a worthy alternative, being
that comfortable and recording stairs (height).
Fitbit One still works, but I have no opportunity to record my data and to
synchronize-

I agree fitbit doesn't care.  I'm trying to find a replacement dashboard. Any suggestions? I'm 82 and want a laptop dashboard.

Try myfitnesspal.com It does a lot. I am very happy with it. It even
syncs with the fitbit watches.

I agree. Google, while being smart to cater to people with watches has
abandoned people who helped Fitbit at the beginning. And they don't want me
anyway because I'm 82.
I've taken my Fitbit One and keep track to my nearly 100 million steps on a
spreadsheet. My weight's still down, and my Fitbit o+One is still
performing.

The pc app was there when Google bought Fitbit. They didn't need to spend on development just needed to maintain the app. It was the reason I bought 3 different Versa's. I cannot see well enough to use my Google Pixel 7 for my dashboard. When it is time to purchase my next watch and phone there will be no reason to stay brand loyal.

I am getting the weekly stats via Email... Even in there they are pointing to the Web Dashboard.

Everything is managed very unproffessional and all this is only happening, to get the Fitbit folks move to google's smart watches.
I don't like the design and look of it, like most people.

You should produce for the people, not for a designer!!!

Ask the people what they prefer and build it.

myfitnesspal.  It does everything. I think even better than Fitbit's dashboard. Like anything, you have to get used to it, but it's really user friendly and does a lot.
Fitbit smart watches are syncable.

Yep, already have it connected. It is just not quite as nice UI with less info/reports, but it at least has a graph.

Thanks!

It is more than nice. It is the fair and right thing to do. It's our data. The android mobile application is not suitable for analyzing your data. We should also be able to export it. Furthermore, it's an accessibility issue for some people who have sight impairment. C'mon Google/Fitbit!!!

I am definitely buying a new tracker.  I have been using Fitbit since 2014, and as of today, I will be buying a non-fitbit product due to the fact that the dashboard is gone, I can NEVER get my fitbit to synch, I have lost about 5000 steps in the past two days due to this syncing issue.  Who has time to spend on all of this??  NOT ME.  This is why we buy trackers, to handle it for us, not to fight with them.  BAD CHANGES, GOOGLE!!
