Bring back the old sleep summary page

When I had my Charge 5 and the first few weeks of having my Charge 6 the app would give me a sleep summary page with, Sleep Stages, Time in each stage, Oxygen levels and Bedtime and wakeup all on a handy page. Since a recent update I now seem to get a much more basic three tiles and I have to open each one and look through for all the information.

This upgrade is a huge downgrade. It’s less user friendly, not aesthetically pleasing and difficult to understand the sleep schedule breakdown (which doesn’t really breakdown anything at this point). If the next upgrade doesn’t resolve this issues, I’ll just have to look for an alternative to FitBit, such as the Oura ring.

I totally agree. Don't think they are going to do anything about it, We've been sending these messages for months. Only those of us affected are replying, don't think Google cares!

No, Google doesn't care. Google doesn't even see these messages or comments.

Thank you,

I think Google sees some of the comments and they delete them if they really don't like them.

Sadly just another money grab by Fitbit to charge for what was sold to customers as a free included feature. Then tell them it’s a product enhancement that we’re now going to charge you for what you sold as a free app. One of the main reasons I bought my Fitbit  Charge was for the sleep data. Sadly We just bought my Wife a new Fitbit and it was time to update to a new one for me. NOT NOW.  A former loyal Fitbit customer.

Just agreeing with the nearly 3000 other comments and questions about the update to the sseep data in fitbit. I have had several versions of the Fitbit over the years and now have a Google watch so have been a fan for many years. The sleep data you could easily view in the app was one of the perks of the device, but the update and new graph format has made this feature almost useless for me. Please redesign or revert back to the previous version.  Thanks Googe/Fitbit!

You can get old version with an iPhone as far as I know and have tried.

The sleep app is still broken, and I have been informed it will never
return to its prior working state.

Fitbit and Google have tanked the Sense 2 only because they have failed to
keep the app in a proper working state.

Not just the Sense 2, I have a newer charge 5 that worse every time they updated app "for our benefit"

Forced to revert to older phone with much older app version and everything works great now like it did before Google bought fitbit

unfortunately, Android users are stuck. There are significant advantages in
using an Android phone like old fashioned phone usage versus a phone being
for primarily for entertainment purposes

Good to know your older phone with earlier version of the app works. I'll
have charge up my old phone and try it.
Thanks for the tip!

I have tried multiple times and I too have an Iphone. You only can with an
Android phone and an Iphone is an IOS phone.

If older phone works better for you disable auto updates for older fitbit app to stay on the older version and not update to worse version.

just make sure you NEVER update the app. that will put it back to
"destroyed" status

Yep. Exactly. It’s not right.

AND you MUST make sure you don't allow ANY update to the Fitbit app

Like everyone else, I don't like using my small phone screen to look at what my Fitbit has logged. I also don't like the functionality that was lost when the website went away. Please look at what is happening on this thread and bring back the website. I was afraid this would happen when Google purchased Fitbit. I wouldn't be surprised if Google drops Fitbit entirely in favor of their more expensive Pixel watches.

How sad. I got my first Fitbit, a Zip, over 10 years ago. I've owned several since then. I've logged about 13,000 miles on my Fitbits. I can't say exactly how many miles because it used to be on the website.

I never thought I would say this but when this Fitbit needs to be replaced, I am considering a competitor. They may not make Fitbits by that time anyway.

RIP Fitbit

So frustrating not to be able to see the mini charts all at once.
1) Too many clicks to get the details now, and 2) no way to have details for multiple days’ across many weeks visible at once.
I hated it when this second change was made to Steps too!

The new sleep timeline graph is horrible, it is no longer user friendly. It would be great if google/Fitbit reverted back to the older version as certainly the community forum is saying they don't like it either

I totally agree with all of those above. The new sleep category is terrible!! Not only is it hard to read, I know it doesn't accurately measure REM sleep. I've often awoken in the middle of the night after a vivid dream, which was not registered the next morning on the app.

I have sent a message to the moderators. I have asked them if they are
forwarding concerns up to management or other areas that can provide relief,

I don't believe I have ever received a response from a moderator saying "we
apologize and have taken appropriate actions to make sure your concerns are
addressed"

I’ve been avoiding updating my app for this very reason. I accidentally updated the app and now the old interface is all gone. It’s terrible. It’s not color-coded. It’s hard to read. Check the forums, saw that I’m not the only one there’s hundreds more that don’t like the new interface and it also seems like I can’t edit the times of my workouts.
