Charge 3 - options to increase brightness please

The charge 3 is very hard to read outside, especially when the sun is shining.  The sunlight washes out the light grey text and it is very hard to see the brighter white text.  Please release an update that increases the brightness - auto or normal brightness settings are not enough.

Suggesting a change to the Auto Brightness algorithm/coding. I have noticed far too often that Auto Brightness is far too bright in near dark to dark settings, the Dim setting in this environment is perfect, however.I did some testing and it would appear that Dim brightness setting is 4lux and Auto Brightness setting only drops down to 25lux in dark to near dark environments. If Dim is capable of dropping down to 4lux, there should be no reason that Auto Brightness cannot also do the same. Maybe even adding a feature within the mobile app to program times we might want specific light levels applied to the display.

Add more brightness settings on Charge 3. At the brightest setting (normal) I can not see the screen outdoors. Add a brighter setting than "normal" PLEASE

Put out an update to make screen brighter for Charge 3 / 4 the wife and I have the same unit but her unit is brighter

Make the text and features brighter so that people who live in very sunny locations can use the functions when exercising outdoors. Please test the device outside where it is very sunny.

On the charge 3 the auto setting allows a higher maximum brightness level when the light sensor detects a bright environment. This maximum level is brighter than the 'normal' setting. I would request adding a setting for 'high' brightness and simply add the battery warning that is present on screen timeout as it would affect battery life

It is virtually impossible to read the Charge outside in the sunlight. Even if you adjust the brightness it makes no difference. It seems pointless having a watch if you cannot read it outside?

My fiance, his mom and me all bought the Fitbit Charge 3 and all of us, after 1,5 years find the screen too dim to read anywhere but in the dark. Restart and another clock face barely help. This is bad design, and we're angry.

The current app and firmware on at least the Charge 3 only has normal and dim for brightness options. There appears to be a high number of complaints about being able to read fitbit in brighter room conditions. There should be a High setting available, even if it could use battery quicker.

My Charge 3 has suffered the same dim display challenge that hundreds have already posted. I’d like to recommend that the Charge 3, and other watches if necessary, have ‘Auto’ brightness setting of full brightness… such as Bright, High, etc.
