Connect Fitbit with FitBod app

The point of me wanting the Versa watch is to not need my phone during my time at the gym. I currently use an app called FitBod to record how much weight I'm lifting, sets, reps, etc. for different exercises. But if there is no where to record this on the watch then it isn't very helpful in my workout then to leave my phone behind. Please consider making FitBod available or improve the on screen coaching to allow us to record our progress in each work out.

That’s an interesting idea and could be useful, thanks for sharing this suggestion.

This would be a great feature for Fitbit. Fitbod seems like it’s blowing up, and makes sense since it appears to be one of the best designed apps for weight training. They are currently integrated with Strava and Apple Health. They say on their settings screen that that are “not yet integrated with Fitbit”. Perhaps they have an integration in the works?

Has there been any updates regarding this topic? I have the Fitted app and it is very intuitive and seems like it would pair well with Fitbit.

Hi everyone, and thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion about connecting Fitbit with FitBod app with us. Our web API and smartwatch SDK are open which means that the service you are wanting can actually integrate with Fitbit. We’d encourage you to make this suggestion to the service and direct them to our existing API and SDK and resources such as the web dev API community. You will likely be able to email them via their contact us page or customer support, or they may have their own ideas board like this. Or encourage them to reach out to Fitbit directly. Thanks for your participation in the Feature Suggestion forums, we look forward to making Fitbit more useful for you.
