I know the community is brand new, and we do have moderators here, but they don't seem very active in the help forums. It would be nice to have at least one "official" person from fitbit answering technical support and other questions, like how to get the Aria working, tips for wearing the Force properly, and other questions that only Fitbit themselves could answer, such as https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Force/Firmware-update/m-p/10549 or https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Any-plan-to-support-old-Android-device-like-my-LG-G-Pro/... or https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Force/anyone-else-want-a-pink-or-green-force/m-p/7975
