Customer Support/Technical Support Involvement

I know the community is brand new, and we do have moderators here, but they don't seem very active in the help forums. It would be nice to have at least one "official" person from fitbit answering technical support and other questions, like how to get the Aria working, tips for wearing the Force properly, and other questions that only Fitbit themselves could answer, such as https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Force/Firmware-update/m-p/10549 or https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Any-plan-to-support-old-Android-device-like-my-LG-G-Pro/... or https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Force/anyone-else-want-a-pink-or-green-force/m-p/7975

tech support if you exist

 

how about how to reset the device and get tech support from something other than a stupid set of blogs that are too long and totally worthless anybody up for a revolution??? lets get these people to hire some folks to at least live chat if they cn not pay for tel support
