DDP Yoga App Compatibility

I am an avid and practicing fan of DDP Yoga, which has released its own interactive app to track progress. I think FitBit's technology would make a great pair if it were compatible with DDP Yoga. Any chance this can happen?

Just attempted to connect my Charge 3 to my DDPY app to no avail and come here to learn they aren’t compatible. Seems such a shame and waste considering they are both hot commodities in the health/ fitness world. Really considering exchanging the Fitbit for something that might already be compatible with DDPY

Additions would make my FitBit Versa perfect...
1 - Water Aerobics, Water Jogging app in the exercise choice that will auto start and count calories burn.
2 - Yoga app with different options of yoga and auto start and calories burn.

Dont worry @Binkus. They dont really care about your request. That is why
some folks have been waiting for 3 years for simple access for a third
party app (DDP Yoga).

One of the main reasons I bought the FitBit was to sync up with DDP Yoga. Very disappointed to learn they can't sync up. If possible, please make this happen!

I got the fitbit to use with DDPY. Imagine my frustration when the bloody dumb watch can't keep up with my yoga app.

Ya. It sucks. I paid a bunch for this thing and it doesn't work. Plus I
could not return it because the store went out of business 😡

I just started DDP yoga and didn’t want to get their cheap HRM so I got the Fitbit charge 3 and was sorely disappointed to learn that spending $120 on the darn thing and it doesn’t pair up. Gonna return it. This is such a popular program, I’m saddened by this his discovery.

Yes! Or at the least, clearly state that one needs to check to see if it's
compatible with their program of choice "before" purchasing.

If you look on DDP Yoga Forum - they say its a third party app issue they have no control over and that Fitbit Users just need to continue to ask Fitbit to make their devices compatible.

Got it. Thank you. I will continue to ask. Out of curiosity how do you view
your DDPY? I have an older version tablet and laptop and scrolling through
the DDPY website is not great. I find using my phone is not much better.

I downloaded the DDP app to my Google Pixelbook.  Next I'm going to try "casting" it to the Firestick on my TV.

The website works OK for me, much better than the phone.  I just browse through the workouts, choose one and then use my FitBit to 'manually' monitor my heart rate.  If FitBit ever adds DDPY, then I would switch over to using the app on my phone and casting it to a TV or computer monitor.

I hate the thought of having to buy and wear an additional heart monitor just to hook into the DDP app... With the growing number of people joining the program, it would be really nice if Fitbit would allow the connection work with the the DDP app. According to online research, it has been 3 years of waiting.
