It would be rather swell if you added ING Bank Australia 🙂

It's been a year and a half since this was posted. I think it's pretty obvious what the community members want. Please add ing to fitbit pay.

Definitely ING bank as it has received massive jump in customer base since it was endorsed by a well known Australian financial adviser

Dear Fitbit - while I understand that there was a request to add ING bank to Fitbit pay in Australia back in 2018, I hope you can revisit. It is one of the most popular banking companies in AU and with more and more Fitbit users this seems like an obvious choice. Thanks, Dan

Hi @DanB3058, this is a good idea. Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request.  A lot of users are asking for this option, I hope we receive updates soon.

As there has been no movement or comments from FitBit on the inclusion of ING Bank, I will be moving to Apple Watch instead of buying a new Versa 2 and I will live with the crappy battery life of the Apple. So disappointing that this could not have any movement in almost 2 years.

Yeah! It’s absolutely ridiculous that nothing has happened about this! I’m also tempted to change to Apple Watch because of this! Come on! Why is this so hard to make it happen?!?

Please add ING Bank.  Its the only bank I use and am so disappointed that I cannot use it with my Versa 😞

Yes please add this.  Your competitors like Google pay and Samsung pay both have it.  It makes it very hard to use your product over theirs.

Please add ING, contactless payments are needed more than ever now with COVID19.

Can't fathom why all Visa and mastercards aren't acceptable.
First fitbit, didn't even cross my mind that ING wouldn't be acceptable as a bank.  Already regretting the purchase.

Adding ING to the list would make my Fitbit 5 stars!! Because I wouldn't have to carry my phone with me anymore.

ING is a very popular bank in Australia, I was actually surprised that Fitbit didn't support it. Also, ING is a very popular bank for their debit card so tap and go payments are quite common.

Please Please PLEASE add ING Bank to fitbit pay...life would be so much easier. I had to change from CBA Bank and can no longer use my fittie to purchase 😢. Walking was great with this added bonus as if in need of water on the go, tap with fitbit and quench your thirst.

Yes, yes, yes! This would be great. I feel ripped off that I didn't do my due diligence and check this before I purchased my Versa 2. I just assumed that all Google pay supported banks would be supported by Fitbit.

I assumed that ING being as popular as it is these days that it would be added to the supported banks. Pretty gutted to find out my Versa 2 doesnt support it. Was so excited for this feature. Please make it happen. From the looks of this thread though its been going for 2 years so im feeling doubtful

Yep still waiting for ING to be added. I doubt I'll be repurchasing another fitbit product in the future if this doesn't occur.
