I agree with all the ideas incorporating IF tracking. I also would like a way to log my Blood Glucose and Ketones. I just purchased the KetoMojo and would love to see a partnership with iFit. Or if iFit introduced their own Ketone monitor, I would think about making the switch just so I could keep everything on one tracking device.
I would love to see an IF tracker. Even if it's basic: start, set time if earlier, end, set time if earlier. Keeps a record of your fasts, and not have to have external apps to do it and then have nowhere informative (Fitbit or MFP) to record it.
I also would love this feature! I’ve been using the Zero app to track fasts, but would love an app that also calculated my macros AND tracked my fitness/heart rate! I use 3-4 different apps simultaneously to track my health and nutrition and would love to just use Fitbit!
After listening to a few articles about circadian rhythm and time restricted eating affecting insulin levels, improves weight loss and overall health. I'd love to be able to see the times I log food instead of just what I eat, in a similar, linear style to the sleep log.
- Time when started eating/drinking calorific food/drink that day, times eaten over the day, and final time consuming calorific food/drink.

Hi guys! It would be amazing if you could consider adding a fasting tracker for the peoole doing intermittent fasting or extended fasts, it would be a great addition to the food and calories tracker. Thank you for your attention and time.

Yes a simple tracker for fasting would be a huge benefit for this app. Just makes sense to add that option in. One similar to the Life app and that notifies you when you can end and has little pop up motivation quotes to keep us going. Also, water tracker and reminders throughout the day with little fun facts about hydration And, lastly, being that this is a health app, meditation component would be great too. Just simple breathing exercises with 2, 3, 5 and 10 minute options with reminders and alerts at chosen times. That would give Fitbit some serious clout and make it so much more marketable to many others.
I'd love to see a fasting tracker. I'm using FasTrac, and it does a good job - but it would be a lot easier if it tracked together with the other data!
I would like to see the web app and web site to start doing an intermittent fasting tracker. Days/time when you start and finish. You could connect to food as well. I think this would benefit a lot of people here. I use some other apps for it but to have it all under one umbrella, would be great.
