More Adventures races/solo (in USA and Internationally)

Can you add more adventures to list of available choices? Right now there's stuff in New York and California but nothing that represents the middle of the country. I'd like to see Grandma's Marathon from Duluth, MN added to the list of available adventures and maybe some other well known places like Mount Rushmore or the Washington Mall in D.C. or Glacier National Park. Just please add more places.

I absolutely agree, this is what makes Fitbit different from any ordinary activity tracker. Please create more adventures! We all have great ideas for our own country. In Holland there is a dam-to-dam walk which would be great. You could also do a walk in the tulip fields which would give amazing pictures. And look into the 11 cities ice skate tour which people also cycle or run.

Nice suggestion, thanks for sharing. We look forward to hearing what other community members think.

hello fitbit team

i really appreciate the device, using since last march, has really motivated me to beat my diabetes condition. Off late, i am getting bored of the usual and only limited options for self or group challenges. I suggest following:

1. new trails / adventures as suggested by other community members as well.

2. new badges / trophies.

3. new weekly events/ adventures - solo/competition etc. (like a specific one each week, which can be repeated only in the same week next year)

We definitely need a lot more. C’mon Fitbit!

Yes, so many of us are asking for more adventures / challenges- some members even volunteering to submit their own- that you’d think Fitbit would get to it.

I’ve had my Fitbit a couple of years, done Yosemite and NY Marathon repeatedly, finally got around to looking for something new to do and really expected to find a plethora of new adventures ready to download. I was amazed to find nothing new had been added in all that time. It’s a ironic that our Fitbit devices are always urging us on to work harder, go further etc etc, when the company is being so bone idle, as far as this matter is concerned anyway.
Ho hum.

You keep saying that but nothing is being done to fix the issue.

Would definitely like more variety in the solo adventures. What would be even better would be to let the community create their own. That would ensure endless variety and satisfy the community.

Basically I'm getting bored of the same challenges. New York and Yosemite. Can we not have something like Lands end to John O Groats or London to Paris.

I agree that more solo adventures of iconic places is a great idea. It's fun to be motivated by a goal, walking up the statue of liberty? going down into the grand canyon? walking around the coliseum in Rome?walking around Zion? going up Mt. Rainier?Mt. Washington?

Also I'd like to see more challenges either for 1 person or to do with friends. This is a wonderful feature you have added and it certainly has motivated me, just need more options please!

How about as many challenges and solo adventures as watch faces??

THANKS!!

Yes definitely!! The concept is remarkably effective for motivation and fun! Why not expand upon it!

I loved the solo adventures and completed them fairly swiftly - I like a challenge and especially as I got virtual walks around USA (I'm in the UK). I'd love fitbit to do more, however in the mean time I'm using the world walking app, which syncs with my fitbit steps 🙂

Sounds good, I’ll have a look.

I'm a bit addicted, you get to print out certificates for placed you've walked. Hope you like it too.

I’ve been waiting for a very long time for Fitbit to add more adventures and challenges. I feel you guys need to keep updating this feature since most of us has completed all of them and some repeating it. Please please please focus on updating this feature so that we can enjoy Fitbit more. Honestly, this is one of the features my friends and I bought the Fitbit so we can challenge each other or go on adventures.

Could not agree more👍👍👍👍. Here in the UK we would like to see a challenge or two set here. Maybe a walk around London or maybe the famous Lands end to John O Groats walk. Just any change PLEASE

I just dont understand why it's taking Fitbit so long to update this. It has been stagnant for way too long. I seriously was thinking not to get another fitbit because of this. I don't want to upgrade my flex2 to a Versa if I can't enjoy the one feature I look forward to the most.

I know, it’s really odd. Other posters have made the point that maybe this feature was just intended as a bit of a gimmick and not something they ever intended to expand.
But it must be clear now that many Fitbit customers really like the feature and would love to see its repertoire expanded. I cannot understand why they not only seen disinclined to give their customers what they want, but also to offer some sort of explanation.

I totally agree with you. And hopefully this feature was not intended as a gimmick...there will be many, many disappointed Fitbit users.

There is another app out there, it’s called “ Walking world”. Check it out. Another company has done all the hard work for Fitbit. There is not enough room here to explain all the routes that are contained in this app. Let me know what you think.
