More Adventures races/solo (in USA and Internationally)

Can you add more adventures to list of available choices? Right now there's stuff in New York and California but nothing that represents the middle of the country. I'd like to see Grandma's Marathon from Duluth, MN added to the list of available adventures and maybe some other well known places like Mount Rushmore or the Washington Mall in D.C. or Glacier National Park. Just please add more places.

Come on fitbit it's fairly clear what you need to be working on. I know I've mentioned World Walking before but for those who don't know it gives a trail from a few thousand to millions of steps. I've almost completed walking the UK on world walking app, If you need a little motivation in the interim I've found this brilliant.

I just went on Fitbit's live help message facility and the agent suggested
I put a post on the community forum!!
I said that a thread had been running there for 2 years with no effect and
no contribution from the company other than a reply from a moderator very
early on.
A bit hopeless really.

I had the same experience. Maybe we should try and get the CEO of Fitbit’s E mail address and send him a few messages.

Be able to add our own solo challenges. Only having 2 in the USA, is meaningless for 99% of users

What about the London Marathon.... The Great North Run. Or as a big challenge how about marathon de sables...

Seriously, how long ago did Fitbit roll out the solo adventures? Was there never a plan to add more? It is great for motivation but I feel like I've done every one over 30 times now. Is adding more at least being actively discussed?

 I'm shocked this is being ignored. If you can't update this to be more inclusive of your customer base get rid of it. I HATE having this useless tab of good ideas taunting me in the app. Come on already add more .

I am the same! Just me and the dog on our walks and love looking at how far we have gone on the Solo Adventures but now I've finished the 6 adventures I thought I'd be able to download more but no, there are no more to download. Please make more and have a Solo adventure part we can download them from.

I am perplexed too. Many Fitbit users wish for Fitbit to extend the range of adventures / challenges but the company makes no meaningful acknowledgement- let alone actually bothering to satisfy the demand.
I guess the company feels that by the time a customer has reached the point that they want to expand this feature, they have already bought the device.
They don’t seem to be taking into account that the feature- if expanded- might then promote brand loyalty when that customer comes to upgrade.
IMHO their inertia isn’t a positive thing for them. Hey ho.

It is ridiculous why add something you are not going to maintain. Over 400 post on this topic beginning more than 2 years ago and nothing. Great customer service........ not!!!!!!!

I have to agree. We’ve had one reply a couple weeks ago acknowledging the complaints but no promise of future hikes.

This complaint has been ongoing for a year at least. I just don’t know how to force Fitbit’s hand to give us a change. There are apps out there with different routes. For me I would love to virtual walk the Lands End to John O Groats route and London to Brighton, another great route is the West Highland Way. We can but hope.

Yeah those walks would be a great addition but as Fitbit haven’t deigned to do any more US routes, or even given us any meaningful replies as to whether they ever intend to,
long-distance UK adventures are probably a pipe dream.

so a lot of us are having the problem with adventure races. right? you live somewhere and no races in your area. it's an issue. not just for you but for fitbit. Fitbit is constantly trying to make races. trying to update there app make everyone happy..... now i think that there adventure race function is a JOKE. why? well why cant i set up my own race/marathon in my own town on a map, my own map that fitbit has set up for me so i can draw out or make my own races/marathons. dont tell me you cant do that fitbit, if not i want good reasons.  and if you add such an update. that an application update for ALL FITBITS!!!!! not a fitbit update. hope im clear. thankyou for your time
