after a message of one of you moderator i have decided to make that topic.

I really like you products but the people using an IOS device really need more notifications!

So please give us more! 😃

Notificions i would recommend:

E-Mail

Whats App

Facebook 

and more messaging apps

This community is for fitbit users to complain and have great ideas... Sadly Fitbit isn't on these pages... To arrogant to talk to their customers who are helping them to improve their products... I've bought this watch for running but expected that atleast calendar, whatsapp and email notifications where part of the deal... But no... Sms it is (sms used to be a way to communicate around 2000)

They will lose their clients, in sept the apple watch will have gps to.... So sad to see a good company going downhill...

People are helping you to improve your products by posting their ideas and needs on this forum. Could you show some respect and please post what you think of these ideas?

As you can read people are asking for 2years now to get more notifications on the Fitbit Surge. Please respond, "no we wont do that" is also an answer.

I got the charge HR seeing that it had notifications only to be disappointed that I couldn't actually show text messages in the TEXT display...This is ridiculous, I've been forced to downgrade my fitbit software to 2.19 to get bitTicker working because of this. Please enable functionality like bitTicker has or allow their app to work.

It's almost Septemebr 2016 and Whatsapp notifications for Alta/Blaze hasn't been implemented yet.
Please, do something about it. I am considering to return the brand new Alta I've just bought straight away.
At least let us know what you're working on. It's just fair that your clients are aware of that.

The new fitbit charge 2 lets you recieve calendar alerts.... FITBIT, please respond if you gonna update the Surge to recieve more alerts to...

You should understand that FitBit have abandoned the Surge product
alltogether ;(

Well based on yesterday's announcements and new product launches it would seem more notification support is due anytime soon!!! Hope it lives up to the hype and wait!!!

If the blaze can receive texts and calls I think email notifications should be included too. I don't really use my calendar notifications but email notifications would be really useful.

Agreed on the iOS Notification Center idea. Can't speak to Android, but anything that hits my notification Center on an iOS device (which users can adjust in device settings) should automatically pass through to the fitness band. This is one of the biggest advantages Garmin products have over Fitbit products, and it's hard to believe we don't already have this functionality this many generations in.

For my feeling all notificatins hitting the notification center of an Android device should be pushed to the Blaze. It should not be limitted to only one app. 

However, the user should be able to fine tune for what applications the notifications should be pushed to the Blaze (select all, select nothing, select specific).

Add a notification when my flex loses contact with my phone. The crappy clasps design makes it easy to lose the tracker.
